John Galvin was born in 1815 in Pennsylvania. During the Civil War, he joined the army, being placed in the 199th regiment, however he was unassigned. Thus, he did not experience any actual combat. He later married Briget Galvin, and together they had at least two children. John Galvin died in 1903. This tombstone is in section A.
